Lycobax capsule is a combination of lycopene ,Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2 Vitamin B6, Folic acid, natural mixed carotenoids , Selenium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, vitamin E.
Lycopene
It is the bright red carotene found in to tomatoes and other red colored fruits and vegetables. It does not possess vitamin A activity. It is also present in beans or parsley.
Multivitamins
Vitamin B12, also known as Cobalamin, is an important water-soluble vitamin. It plays an essential role in the production of your red blood cells and DNA, as well as the proper functioning of your nervous system. Protect cells from damage. Essential for skin, eye & immune health.

It causes decrease in risk of chronic disease; it functions as an antioxidant which is inversely related to the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

After oral administration it is well distributed
Excretion
The drug is excreted through urine

Contraindications
  • Decreases the GI absorption with neomycin
  • Reduces the serum concentrations of oral contraceptives
Precautions
  • Polycythemia rubra vera
  • Megaloblastic anemia
  • Cobalt or cobalamin allergy
  • Leber’s disease.
