Domperidone is a specific blocker of dopamine receptor. It is used to relieve nausea, vomiting, to increase the transit of food through the stomach.
Esomeprazole
It suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by forming a covalent bond to the sites of secretory surface. The effect of esomeprazole is dose related.
